Instructies
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and spread a generous layer of pesto over the base.
Top with fresh mozzarella slices and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
