A fun twist on traditional fruit pies, this fruit pizza is made with a sweet, cookie-like crust, cream cheese filling, and topped with a colorful array of fresh fruit. Perfect for any summer gathering or picnic!

For the Filling:
200gcream cheesesoftened
¼cuppowdered sugar
1tspvanilla extract

½cupkiwipeeled and sliced
½cupmandarin orange segmentsfresh or canned

Instructies
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a lightly floured surface and shape it into a large pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Bake the cookie crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow it to cool completely.
While the crust cools, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
Arrange the fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and pineapple) on top of the cream cheese layer in a colorful, decorative pattern.
If desired, drizzle a little honey over the top for extra sweetness.
Slice and serve chilled.
