Instructies
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Place wings on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
While wings are baking, prepare the glaze.
In a small saucepan, combine honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
Remove wings from oven.
Brush wings generously with the honey-pineapple glaze.
Return to oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until glaze is sticky and caramelized.
Serve hot.
