Instructies
Remove husks from corn, rinse, and cut kernels from cobs.
In a large saucepan, combine 2 cups corn kernels along with other ingredients.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Ladle into clean jars.
Process in boiling-water bath for 15 minutes.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
*Wear rubber gloves when chopping hot peppers to avoid skin irritation.
