Instructies
Combine grapes and sugar in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and boil gently for 20–25 minutes.
Strain and pour into clean jars.
Process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
This is an old-fashioned recipe. Concord grapes work great for this butter, but other dark grapes work fine too.
