Apricot Orange Conserve

Ingredients

pitted
peeled, chopped apricots

tablespoons
orange zest
▢

cups
orange juice
▢

tablespoons
lemon juice
▢

cups
sugar
▢

cup
chopped walnuts or pecans.
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except nuts.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often, and boil hard for 15–20 minutes, or until thickened.
Add nuts and boil for 5 minutes more.
Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
