Cauliflower ‘Wings’ With Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingrediënten
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 12 oz bottle of beer
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cauliflower cut into florets
- Honey mustard dipping sauce:
- ¼ cup honey
- 5 tbsp. yellow mustard
- Salt pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste
Instructies
- In a bowl, mix flour, egg, beer, salt and pepper.
- Dip the cauliflower florets in the mixture and fry in a preheated 350°F fryer.
- Once cooked, coat with the honey and mustard sauce.
- Serve with barbecue sauce, ranch or honey mustard.
