Mushroom Meatballs
This recipe makes a great appetizer or side dish. It can be served in either a casserole dish or a crockpot. If you need to transport it, then use a crockpot to keep the meatballs heated thoroughly.

of mushrooms
drained and finely chopped (4 ounces)

eggs
▢

teaspoon
of salt

teaspoon
of pepper
▢
2
cans
of cream of mushroom soup
10 ½ ounces

package
of instant onion soup mix
Instructies
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Mix the mushrooms, eggs, salt, pepper, and ground beef in a large bowl.
Using your hands works best.
Shape the meat mixture into roughly 70 walnut sized balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
Meatballs should no longer be pink.
Using either a casserole dish or a crockpot, mix the soup mix and cream of mushroom soup together.
Add the cooked meatballs.
If you are using a casserole dish, return the dish to the oven to heat thoroughly (about 10 minutes).
If you are using a crockpot, allow the meatballs to sit at low heat for about an hour before serving.
