Party-Sized Turkey Meatballs
This recipe is perfect for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or side dish. It is best served with a spaghetti sauce, simple tomato sauce, or marinara sauce. This recipe uses marinara sauce, but feel free to use your favorite!

ground dark turkey meat

of marinara sauce
Instructies
Add the first 10 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Blend well.
Add in the turkey and mix well.
Shape the turkey into 1 1/4 –inch meatballs.
Place them on a large plate or baking sheet.
Heat the oil in a large skill over medium-high heat.
Add the meatballs and sauté until browned on all sides.
This should take about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, and transfer the meatballs to a plate.
Drain any excess oil.
Add marinara sauce to the skillet.
Return the meatballs to the pan.
Simmer at medium-low heat until the sauce thickens, usually between 15 and 20 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to serving bowl.
Use toothpicks to serve.
