Italian Turkey Meatballs
This simple recipe has the health benefits of turkey, but the Italian flavor of a classic ground beef meatball. Eat this dish by itself or with a side salad for easy healthy eating.

of lean ground turkey

of garlic
minced

of onion
finely chopped

of parsley

teaspoon
of salt

teaspoon
of pepper

teaspoon
of oregano

1
egg
beaten
▢
½
cup
of dry breadcrumbs
Instructies
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowls.
Use your hands, and make sure the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Spray a nonstick skillet lightly with cooking spray.
Cook the meatballs in batches for 5 or 6 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.
The meatballs should be browned on the outside.
Serve and enjoy!
