Steak de Brie
Ingrediënten
- ½ cup coarsely-grated brie cheese
- ½ cup applesauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger ground
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sea salt/kosher salt
Instructies
- In a medium bowl, mix together your ingredients.
- Bring to a boil in a saucepan and then let simmer for 10 minutes then remove from heat and let cool.
- Marinate steaks for at least 4 hours before grilling.
