Ingrediënten
- ¼ cup whiskey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup mustard
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons dill seeds ground
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry mesquite seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons cardamom ground
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sea salt/kosher salt
Instructies
- In a medium bowl, mix together your ingredients.
- Marinate steaks for at least 4 hours before grilling.
