Kielbasa Soup from Peter Maxwell
Serves 6 | Total time: 2 hrs 5 mins
Ingrediënten
- 4 potatoes – peeled and cut
- 2 carrots – sliced
- 1 onion – chopped
- 2 stalks celery – chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 lb kielbasa – sliced thin
- 1 can bean & bacon soup
Instructies
- Put vegetables, kielbasa, soup, and water in crock pot
- Cook on high heat 2-3 hours, Or on low for 6-7 hours
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Serve with baguette or other crunchy bread
