baked corn tortilla chips – crumbled
Instructions
Coat pan with cooking spray preheat medium-high heat
Add:
Garlic
Onion
Celery
Cook 5-10 mins
Coat slow cooker with cooking spray
Add vegetables to slow cooker
Keep pan hot and brown beef, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon as it cooks, about
Cook 5-6 mins; pour off any liquid and add meat to slow cooker.
Add to slow cooker
Combine in a bowl:
Flour
½ cup of broth;
Stir until free of lumps
Pour bowl into same pan and add remaining 2 ½ cups of broth
Bring to a simmer and add to slow cooker
About 3-4 mins
Stir into slow cooker:
Evaporated milk
Cheese
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Cook on low for 2-3 hours
Crumble chips onto each serving
