French Onion Soup

Ingrediënten
- ½ cup butter or½ cup margarine
- 3-4 large Spanish onions – sliced thin
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 cans beef broth
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 ¼ cups water
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Dry garlic bread
- Crouton
- Mozzarella cheese
- Swiss cheese
Instructies
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Sauté onions
- Mix sautéed onions and flour in crock pot
- Add all remaining ingredients except croutons to crock pot
Croutons:
- Cover croutons with Mozzarella or Swiss cheese and broil until the cheese melts 3-4 mins
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours
- Serve with garlic croutons
