Sausage Potato Soup
Ingrediënten
- 1 lb sausage
- 4 potatoes – cubed
- ½ cup onion – chopped
- 1 celery rib – chopped
- 1 carrot – chopped
- 14 oz can chicken broth
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese – shredded
- Salt and pepper
Instructies
- Brown sausage and onion in sauce pan
- Drain excess juice
Add to crockpot in the following order:
- Potatoes
- Celery
- Carrot
- Sausage and onion mixture
- Chicken broth
- Cook on low 4-5 hours
- Add evaporated milk and cheddar cheese 5 minutes before serving

Serves 4-5 | Total time: 5 hrs 15 mins
Variation
Before adding milk, mix chicken broth with can of cheddar cheese soup and add cornstarch. Before serving, stir in big handful of cheese.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
