Sauté in sauce pan:
Onion
Celery
Carrots
Add sautéed vegetables to crock pot along with the following ingredients in this order:
Mushrooms
Flour
Chicken stock
Wild rice
Chicken
Salt
Curry powder
Parsley
Black pepper
Almonds
Sherry
Cook on low for 4-5 hours
Add half & half 1 hour before serving
