Chicken Fajita Soup

- 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken – skinless & deboned
- 10 ½ oz can tomatoes & chilies
- 2 cups half & half
- 3 x 14 ½ oz cans chicken broth
- 11 oz can southwestern style corn
- ⅞ oz package taco seasoning mix
- Shredded cheese
- Fried corn tortilla strips
Instructies
- Sauté onions in olive oil
- Shred chicken
Combine in crockpot:
- Shredded chicken
- Onions
- Broth
- Half & half
- Tomatoes
- Corn
- Seasoning mix
- Stir
- Cook on low for 2-4 hours
- Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla strips
