Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the orange zest.
Add the mixture to the air fryer basket (ungreased).
Cook for 6 minutes, then toss the mixture and cook for another 6 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with orange zest.
Serve warm, optionally topped with a poached or fried egg.
