Boursin-Stuffed Mushrooms
Boursin cheese has the consistency of cream cheese and is a product of Normandy. The magic of Boursin (and difference from cream cheese) is that it has already been seasoned for you. Boursin can be found with the specialty cheeses in the deli section of most supermarkets. It comes in a variety of flavours and can be used as a spread or in recipes such as this.

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 whole white button mushroom tops
- 1 ½ tablespoons diced white button mushroom stems
- ¾ tablespoon peeled and grated yellow onion
- ¼ cup herbed Boursin cheese
- 1 ½ tablespoons crushed pork rinds
Instructies
- Brush olive oil around top ridge of each mushroom top.
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine mushroom stems, onion and Boursin cheese.
- Distribute and press mixture into tops of mushrooms.
- Sprinkle pork rinds on top.
- Place stuffed mushrooms in ungreased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
