In a medium bowl, toss fries with avocado oil and 1 teaspoon seasoning.
Place fries in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Shake basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Shake, then cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer to a medium serving plate, garnish with remaining seasoning, and serve warm.

Bagel seasoning
Bagel seasoning is a yummy mix of toppings you’d find on a bagel and tastes great on roasted vegetables or sprinkled on smashed avocado. Simply combine the following ingredients: 2 tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds, 1 ½ tablespoons toasted black sesame seeds, 1 ½ tablespoons dried onion flakes, 1 tablespoon dried garlic flakes, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds and 1 tablespoon salt flakes. Store in an airtight jar.
