The air fryer will cook these chicken wings to perfection! Crispy, creamy, sweet and spicy — you’ll feel like you’re dining out with these restaurant-quality wings.
Combine sesame oil, fish sauce, coconut aminos, sambal oelek, erythritol and lime juice in a medium bowl.
Divide mixture in half.
Toss wings in half of sauce, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate other half.
Preheat air fryer at 120°C for 3 minutes.
Place water in bottom of air fryer to ensure minimum smoke from fat drippings.
Place wings in ungreased air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes.
Flip wings and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
Raise temperature on air fryer to 200°C.
Flip wings and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip wings once more and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Transfer wings to bowl with remaining sauce and toss.
Serve.
