In a medium bowl, combine preserves, 2 tablespoons basil, orange juice, jam and pepper.
Add chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes up to overnight.
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Add chicken to ungreased air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes.
Shake gently and flip chicken.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Using a meat thermometer, ensure internal temperature is at least 75°C.
Transfer chicken to a large serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with remaining basil and serve warm.

You can generally find ready-to-eat chicken tenderloins already cut in the frozen chicken section. If not, just cut 3cm slices from a chicken breast — it’s the same thing. Also, you can often save a few bucks by cutting your own!
