Giant Italian Meatballs
What are better than meatballs? Giant meatballs! The ricotta and Parmesan cheeses lend a creaminess to the dish, while using beef and pork rounds out the flavour profile. And serving it in some napolitana sauce… now that’s Italian!

no-sugar-added napolitana sauce
Instructies
Combine all ingredients except for napolitana sauce in a large bowl.
Form mixture into four meatballs.
Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
Cut a piece of baking paper to fit bottom of air fryer basket.
Place meatballs on paper.
Cook for 20 minutes.
In a medium frying pan, heat sauce over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add cooked meatballs and roll them around in sauce for 2 minutes.
Transfer meatballs to a large plate and serve warm with sauce over the top.
