Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
This chocolate chip cookie is thinner than a cake but thicker than a cookie — with all the flavour you love. Top with sugar-free whipped cream for an extra special treat.

- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons erythritol sweetener
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ tablespoons butter melted
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon mixture into a pizza pan greased with cooking spray.
- Place pan in air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
