- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 4 cups of eggplants
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructies
- Take a large saucepan.

- Fry the eggplant slices till they turn brown on all sides.
- Add the salt and black pepper on the peppers.
