Instructies
Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Reduce the heat to medium, add the minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the lemon juice and zest to the skillet, and cook for 1 minute.

Return the steak to the skillet, and spoon the lemon-herb sauce over the steak.
