Pizza Salad
We love pizza, so I came up with this salad as a way to enjoy it in a different form. When I take it to potlucks, everyone always wants the recipe.
Equipment
- screw-top jar
Ingrediënten
Salad:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce torn
- 1 c. sliced pepperoni
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 green pepper chopped
- ½ c. sliced black olives
- ½ c. sliced mushrooms
- ½ c. red onion sliced
Pizza Dressing:
- 1 c. pizza sauce
- ½ c. oil
- ¼ c. red wine vinegar
- 1 t. sugar
- ½ t. salt
- 1 t. dried oregano
- ⅛ t. pepper
- ¼ t. garlic powder
Instructies
Salad:
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss with Pizza Dressing at serving time.
Pizza Dressing:
- In a screw-top jar, combine all ingredients; cover and shake well.
