Grape Compote
Ingrediënten
- 35 oz 1 kg Grapes
- 1 cup 250 ml White wine, preferably Trammer
- ⅔ cup 150 g Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp plus 1 tsp 50 g Honey
- 3 tbsp 4 cl Grappa
Instructies
- Boil white wine with sugar and honey.
- Add the washed grapes, remove from heat, and let set.
- Flavor with grappa.

Wine in Dessert
