12 Ounces Each, Cored And Cut Crosswise In Half
Instructies
Arrange oven rack in upper third of oven.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line cookie sheet with foil.
In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Remove skillet from heat; stir in bread crumbs, basil, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Place tomato halves, cut sides up, in prepared pan.
Top with crumb mixture.
Roast until tomatoes are heated through and topping is golden, about 15 minutes.
