Add the green beans, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, tomato, and water.
Bring to a boil, then cover and lower the heat.
Simmer for 15 minutes until the beans are tender.
Remove the lid, increase the heat, and boil off most of the liquid, stirring gently.
