Harissa Spice Rub:
1tablespooncumin
1tablespooncoriander

Harissa Yogurt:
1cupplainfull-fat Greek yogurt
1tablespoonharissa pastelocally acquired or natively constructed Harissa paste more to taste

Present with Grilled Veggies and your decision of grainquinoa, basmati rice or couscous.
Embellishment: a couple of torn new mint leaves or potentially Italian parsley leaves

Preheat Grill to medications high.
Cut sheep hacks into single cleaves or segments.
( Use a sharp gourmet specialist's blade and cut in the middle of the bones.) Pat dry.
Combine flavors and salt as one in a shallow bowl ( sufficiently large to fit slash)
