Glaze
▢
1 ½

powdered sugar

reserved pineapple juice
Instructies
Mix the flour+ baking soda + salt in a medium mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat egg + sugar + cream cheese + vanilla and mix until smooth.
Add the flour mixture and mix well.
Pour in the sour cream and mix until combined then stir in the crushed pineapple.
Pour into a greased bread pan and bake at 350° F for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool in pan for about 15-20 minutes, and then let it cool on a wire rack.
Glaze
Mix powdered sugar + pineapple juice and drizzle over bread.
