Cream Cheese Glaze
▢

oz
cream cheese
softened
▢
½
cup
powdered sugar
▢

milk
Instructies
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin + eggs + applesauce + oil.
In another bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
Stir in the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture until combined.
Pour the mixture into greased loaf pans and bake at 3500 F for 55-60
minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Place the pans on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
Remove the loaf from the pans and cool completely on wire racks.
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the powdered sugar and continue mix for a minute.
Next, pour in the milk and continue mixing on low speed until smooth.
Drizzle your bread with the cream cheese glaze or serve as a dipping side if desired.
