Garden Focaccia Bread

Instructies
Whisk together water + honey + salt + yeast in a large mixing bowl.
Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough is sticky, but a bit rough.
Lightly grease the dough and cover with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for 10 to 13 hours.
Coat a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Place the dough from the bowl onto the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the dough.
Use your fingertips to press the dough into the corners of the pan.
Cover the dough and let it sit for 15 min.
Meanwhile, heat your oven to 4750 F.
Using your imagination create the garden on your focaccia.
Place the vegetables on the dough slicing them like you need.
Be sure to press well the slices into the base of the dough.
You can also ask your children to help you with this process.
I’m sure they will like it!
After the picture is ready, bake focaccia for 15 to 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
