Instructies
Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick sauté pan.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the pepperoni, chicken, and shrimp and sauté 1 minute to flavor the ingredients.
Add the chicken broth, peas, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.
Stir in the rice.
Cover the pan and remove from heat.
Set aside 5 minutes or until the rice is tender, and the liquid is absorbed.
