Cheesy Aborio Rice
Ingrediënten
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 large onion minced
- 1 C. uncooked Arborio rice
- 1 32 oz carton Swanson(R) Tuscan
- Chicken Flavor Infused Broth heated
- ½ C. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructies
- Add the rice with 1/2 C. of broth.
- Cook it until it absorbs all the liquid.
- Stir in another 1/2 C. of broth and cook it again until the rice absorbs it.
- Repeat the process for the remaining broth.
- Stir in the cheese until it melts.
- Serve the risotto warm.
