Instructies
To make the dressing:
Get a mixing bowl: Whisk the 5 tbsps of olive oil with lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
Place a large skillet on medium to high heat.
Add 1 tsp of oil to it and heat it.
Season the steaks strips with some salt and pepper.
Cook them in the skillet for 7 min on each side.
Lay the arugula leaves in 4 serving plates then top them with the steaks strips, lemon dressing and cheese.
Serve your salads right away.
