1 oz packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch

10 oz bag fresh spinach, coarsely chopped grated parmesan cheese
Instructies
Place a large pot on medium heat.
Heat the oil in it.
Cook in it the chicken, shallots and garlic for 6 min.
Add the beans, broth, carrots, tomatoes and seasoning mix then cook them until they start boiling.
Turn the heat to low then bring the soup to a simmer and cook it for 15 min.
Stir in the spinach and cook the soup for 4 min.
Serve the soup and garnish it with some parmesan cheese.
