On to several skewers you need to place chunks of the chicken and chorizo sausage and then lightly season with some salt and pepper before then brushing with some olive oil before placing on to the barbecue.
It is important that whilst cooking these for around 10 minutes you turn them regularly to prevent them from becoming burnt.
Whilst the kebabs are cooking you can now make the Chimichurri sauce.
This is very simple to do simply place all the ingredients above in a bowl and then whisk thoroughly.
By the time you have done this the kebabs should have cooked and will be ready to serve.
Simply place two kebabs on each clean plate and serve a small bowl of the Chimichurri beside them.
