Tourists in New York seem to celebrate National Walk as Slow as You Can Day every day, which makes early morning commutes just the best (extreme sarcasm). But if I’m walking down the busy streets with an everything bagel and lox in hand, you’d think I was Mary Poppins floating from block to block with an umbrella in tow and zero effs to give. Now that I’m showing you how to re-create this Disney-level magic in your own kitchen (and for a crowd!), you’ll also be skipping around your city as if you’ve just won the lottery or licked a hallucinogenic toad. I’m not sure what it feels like to experience either one of these scenarios, but they’re highs I’d welcome if they induce any feeling remotely similar to an everything bagel with lox

18-ounce package lox
2Persian cucumbersthinly sliced
2tomatoes on the vinesliced

Instructies
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, dill, and chives to combine.
On a large platter, arrange the bagels, lox, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, capers, and lemon wedges next to the bowl of cream cheese and a small dish of dill for garnish.
