1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

finely grated lemon zest

Kosher salt
freshly ground pepper
Instructies
Pulse herbs and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.
Add butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice and process until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
DO AHEAD: Butter can be made 3 days ahead.
Cover and chill.
Bring to room temperature before using.
