Tangy Sweet Chicken Marinade
Chicken does not need to be injected, in my opinion. But it definitely benefits from marinating, and I highly recommend this one.
Ingrediënten
Makes 1 Quart
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Instructies
- Combine all the ingredients in a heavy medium stockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before using.
