Chicken Glaze
Makes 3 Cups
This is just what you need for your
cupcake chicken
, your chicken thighs, or if you want to get fancy and glaze a whole bird.

Jack’s Old South Vinegar Sauce

Jack’s Old South Hickory Sauce

honey

maple syrup

dark brown sugar

½ stick unsalted butter, melted
Instructies
Pour all the ingredients into the base of a large blender.
Blend thoroughly to combine for about 3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a medium pot and, over medium heat, stir constantly until the sauce is hot.
Do not allow it to come to a boil.
Remove from the stove and glaze your chicken while the sauce is still warm.
If you are reserving this for a later use, pour the sauce into a large container.
Store, refrigerated, for up to 2 months.
Always reheat this glaze before using.
