Almost Snickers
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Low fat ice cream -- softened
- 1 cup Low fat Cool Whip
- ¼ cup Crunchy peanut butter
- 1 package Sugar free Chocolate pudding
- 3 ounces Grape Nut cereal
Instructions
- Mix together ice cream, Cool Whip, peanut butter and pudding.
- Fold in Grape Nuts.
- Spread in 8x8 inch pan and freeze.
