Cheeseburger Pie
One bite of this pie dish and you will swear it is apart of some weird kitchen magic. It is filled with a delicious down to earth taste I know you will love.
Ingrediënten
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- ½ teaspoons of salt
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup of Bisquick
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 2 eggs
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a pie plate with cooking spray.
- In a skillet set over medium heat, add in the ground beef and chopped onion.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.
- Season with a dash of salt.
- Transfer into the greased pie plate.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- In a bowl, add in the whole milk, Bisquick and eggs.
- Whisk until smooth in consistency.
- Pour over the top of the beef mix.
- Place into the oven to bake for 25 minutes or until baked through.
- Remove and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
