- 1 Large Egg
- ¾ Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons 1% Milk
- 1 ¼ Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 14-Ounce Container Frozen Chocolate-Covered Mini Éclairs
- 2 Tablespoons Confectioners’ Sugar
Instructies
- Pour Frying Oil Into A Deep Fryer Or Large Pot To A Depth Of At Least 3".
- Heat Oil To 365°F.
- In A Medium Bowl, Whisk Together Egg, Milk, Flour, Baking Powder, And Salt.
- Spear Frozen Éclair With Two Forks And Twist Around To Coat It Completely With The Batter.
- Put Five Éclairs Into The Oil And Fry Until Golden Brown, About 2 Minutes.
- Flip To Brown On The Second Side, About 2 Minutes.
- Repeat With Remaining Éclairs And Dust With Confectioners’ Sugar.
- Serve Hot.
