Baked Corn
Corn, fresh or canned, can be made into a pleasing custard. Eggs and milk are still plentiful on most Amish homesteads.

Instructies
Cook the corn.
Beat the eggs and milk.
Combine corn, eggs and milk, seasonings and 2 Tbsp.
butter or margarine.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 1½-quart baking dish.
Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over corn.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
