Watercress Sandwiches
Watercress grows bountifully and without cultivation along fresh water streams in the springtime. Farm families cut it primarily to eat in sandwiches rather than in salads where its tangy flavor can predominate.
Ingrediënten
- handful of watercress washed
- 2 slices of bread
- butter or margarine
Instructies
- Pat watercress dry.
- Pile onto butter bread, cover with top slice and eat.
