Red Beet Eggs
Ingrediënten
- 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
- 2½ cups leftover sweet and sour red beet juice syrup
Instructies
- Pour cool syrup over cooked and peeled eggs.
- Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
- To serve, slice the eggs in half, lengthwise.
